Digital Patterns
Eloise & Thread crochet patterns are digital products intended for personal, non-commercial use.
When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the pattern for your own crafting.
You may:
Download and save your purchased pattern for personal use.
Print a copy for your own use.
Make finished items from the pattern for yourself, as gifts, or for occasional small-batch sales.
Make reasonable modifications to a pattern to suit your preferred fit, materials, or technique.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the pattern, in whole or in part.
Upload or distribute the pattern or its contents online or through file-sharing services.
Use the pattern to create derivative pattern instructions for distribution or sale.
Claim the pattern or its written instructions, photography, or other original content as your own.
The purchase of a pattern does not transfer ownership of the pattern or its intellectual property to you. All pattern content remains the property of Eloise & Thread.
Finished Items (Small-Batch Sales)
If you sell finished items made from an Eloise & Thread pattern, please credit Eloise & Thread as the designer where reasonably possible. The pattern itself may not be resold or included with a finished item for sale.
Digital Product Sales
Because crochet patterns are digital products that are delivered electronically, all sales are considered final once the pattern has been delivered or made available for download, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
